Qualifications

• +5 years’ experience in a HR business partner role.
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field.
• Strong organizational and communication ability.
• Decision Making - High levels of autonomy.
• Experience managing relationships, projects and delegating assignments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to identify talent needs and plan succession.
• Drive recruitment through Global Talent team and end-to-end process.
• Lead annual Performance Review process in line with guidelines.
• Conduct salary reviews and bonus benchmarking.
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with local laws.
• Support talent pipeline for expanding business.
