Dormakaba Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and frontline teams across manufacturing, service and sales.

You will balance strategic people priorities with hands-on delivery, coaching leaders and delivering practical, commercially minded HR guidance within governance and policies. You will influence people strategy, support workforce planning, leadership capability and change initiatives while working autonomously in a dynamic, global

Qualificações

• 7+ years of HR experience including HRBP/HR Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Proven employee relations capability with complex matters.
• Confidently coach senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Autonomous worker with mature judgement and integrity.
• Excellent communication in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical HR support across manufacturing, service and sales teams.

• Advise on employee relations, performance issues and policy interpretation.
• Lead investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Support organisational design, culture and change initiatives.
• Assist with talent management, onboarding, engagement and wellbeing programs.
• Utilise HR data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Ensure compliant HR processes, documentation and systems across HR team.

Position Overview

Partner with senior leaders and blue and white collar teams across a diverse business, balancing strategic priorities with hands‑on HR delivery. You will influence people strategy, coach leaders and provide practical, commercially considered advice while working independently within established HR governance, policies and corporate frameworks.

What you will do

• Provide practical HR support across manufacturing, service and sales teams.
• Partner with senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and leadership capability.
• Advise on employee relations, performance matters, policy interpretation and employment issues.
• Lead and support investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Guide organisational design, team effectiveness, culture and change initiatives.
• Support talent management, onboarding, engagement, wellbeing and broader HR programs.
• Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and support informed decision‑making.
• Maintain compliant HR processes, documentation and systems, and collaborate across the wider HR team.

What we require

• At least 7 years of HR experience, including experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Proven employee relations capability, including complex and sensitive matters.
• Confidence coaching senior leaders and influencing decision‑making.
• Ability to work autonomously with mature judgement, integrity and disciplined follow‑through.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
