Job summary

Tandem Partners in Sydney is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a commercial client group of around 180 employees across multiple locations. Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you will drive people outcomes and leadership capability.

This generalist role focuses on employee relations, workforce analytics, and organisational effectiveness, partnering with Sales, Marketing and retail teams to influence business performance and change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong employee relations capability with exposure to performance management and workplace investigations.
• Experience working with Awards, Enterprise Agreements and broader industrial relations matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and coach leaders.
• Commercially minded with the ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.
• Experience within FMCG, retail, hospitality, consumer goods or similarly fast-paced environments will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS.

• Partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver key talent, learning and people initiatives.
• Support organisational change and transformation activities across the portfolio.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships while contributing to a positive and high-performing culture.

About the Role:

Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, this HR Business Partner role supports a commercial client group of approximately 180 employees across multiple locations. Partnering with leaders across Sales, Marketing and operational retail channels, you'll play a key role in driving people outcomes, building leadership capability and supporting business performance.

This is a true generalist HR Business Partner role with a strong focus on employee relations, leadership coaching, workforce insights and organisational effectiveness.
