Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking an organised Operational Excellence Support professional to join our Sydney-based Commercial team. You will drive operational excellence, deliver analytical insights, and support sales processes across Retail, On Premise, E‑Retail and Field Sales.

You will build Power BI dashboards, manage reporting requirements and collaborate with multiple functions to improve engagement, performance and decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or commercial support.
• Experience with reporting tools and large datasets.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Alcohol or FMCG experience is advantageous.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence initiatives across the sales function.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and sales scorecards.

About the Role

We're looking for an organised and proactive Operational Excellence Support professional to join our Commercial team in Sydney.

This role plays a critical part in supporting our Sales teams by driving operational excellence, improving processes and providing reporting and analytical insights that enable better business decisions.

Working closely with teams across Retail, On Premise, E-Retail and Field Sales, you'll help improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness and operational performance through data, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting operational excellence initiatives across our sales function

The salary band for this position is: $78,000 - $83,000 + super + wine allowance
