Job Description

We are looking for two full-time HR Assistants to support our high-volume peak trade recruitment drive and to deliver accurate, timely, confidential and effective HR support across JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys. These opportunities are being offered on a short-term contract basis, between 2 and 3 months.

Key Responsibilities Will Also Include

• Providing first-level HR support, with a focus on supporting Stores with peak trade recruitment activities.
• Completing recruitment tasks accurately and promptly, including job and offer approvals.
• Assisting the recruitment team with phone screening, interview booking and job management
• Preparing and delivering recruitment reporting to support store hiring activity.
• Assisting the broader HR team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Availability to start immediately will be highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (or currently studying).
• Previous administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced or retail environment.
• Confident using systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters).
