Job summary

Acenda Group is seeking an HR Data & Analytics Specialist to transform workforce data into insights that drive people and business decisions. The role requires strong reporting, analytics capability, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and influence workforce strategy.

You will build Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, and partner with People & Culture, Finance, and leaders to standardise metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Power BI skills for dashboards and data modelling.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and workforce planning.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leaders.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, including Workday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workforce reporting, dashboards, and insights for decision making.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations on attrition, retention, diversity, and planning.
• Present insights to senior leaders and translate data into business outcomes.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, and business leaders to standardise metrics.
