Job summary

Amana Living is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver practical, human-centered advice across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers to drive fair, compliant people decisions.

You will support employee relations, industrial relations, policies and employment legislation, coach managers, prepare documentation, and help improve HR service delivery within a busy aged-care environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with advisory/generalist background.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments.
• Ability to provide practical, timely HR advice to managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical HR advice on employee relations and policies.
• Coach managers to manage day-to-day people matters.
• Identify high-risk matters and escalate appropriately.
• Prepare employment documentation and HR records.
• Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll.
