Credit Corp is Australias largest provider of sustainable financial services to the credit-impaired consumer segment. We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our People team in Sydney, offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

You will provide practical HR advice to leaders, manage a broad range of employee relations matters, and lead investigations, disciplinary and termination processes while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR, advisory or employee relations role.
• Ability to provide practical HR advice to leaders.
• Strong understanding of employment law and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of employee relations matters with end-to-end case management.
• Lead grievance, disciplinary, investigations and termination processes.
• Advise on Enterprise Agreements, Awards and HR policy to support compliant outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain HR records and documentation with confidentiality.
