Job summary

MPK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month maximum term contract based in Brisbane. The role partners with Operational Leaders to deliver contemporary people solutions, employee relations guidance, and workforce planning across projects.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation, maintain HR records, and contribute to development initiatives while ensuring compliance with workplace legislation and policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR Advisor or ER role.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Experience supporting operations across multiple and/or remote locations.
• Knowledge of Fair Work legislation, industrial relations and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide contemporary, client-focused HR and ER advice to leaders and employees.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation activities across operations and projects.
• Ensure employee records and HR documentation are maintained accurately and timely.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operational Leaders and Project Managers to identify and plan workforce requirements.
• Support organisational development and change initiatives.
