Job summary

City Fertility in Newstead (head office) is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our national People & Culture team, reporting to the Head of People & Culture. You will be a hands-on HR generalist who provides practical advice on employee relations, policies, awards and leave while managing sensitive matters with discretion.

You will develop workforce analytics, optimise Rippling HRIS configurations, and lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist roles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics and HRIS configuration or testing, ideally in a complex or multi-site environment.
• Proven experience managing low-to-moderate ER matters with sound judgement and a working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards (healthcare award experience highly regarded)
• Experience recruiting for specialist, technical or hard-to-fill roles
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with advanced Excel and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice (highly regarded)

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly workforce analytics and maintain accurate dashboards on turnover, recruitment, compliance and workforce trends
• Support the configuration, testing (UAT) and ongoing improvement of our Rippling HRIS, working with internal and external stakeholders to fix issues and improve workflows
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hard-to-fill, specialist and senior roles, working with hiring managers on sourcing strategy, selection and candidate experience
• Advise on and case-manage low-to-moderate employee relations matters so outcomes are fair, respectful and compliant, and elevate complex matters appropriately
• Keep accurate, confidential case records, templates and documentation
• Review and improve HR processes, SOPs and workflows
• Deliver HR and HRIS training to managers and employees
• Support the HR cycle throughout the year, including performance reviews, remuneration reviews, compliance monitoring and workforce planning
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement across a growing national network
