Job summary

City Fertility is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our national People & Culture team. You will be a data-driven generalist, providing practical advice to managers and handling employee relations with discretion.

You will manage monthly analytics, optimize Rippling HRIS, and lead recruitment for specialist roles across clinics in multiple states. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR reporting and workforce analytics.
• Experience configuring or testing HRIS systems (Rippling preferred).
• Proven recruitment experience for specialist or senior roles.
• Knowledge of Fair Work Act and modern awards is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly workforce analytics and dashboards on turnover, recruitment, compliance and trends.
• Configure, test (UAT) and improve Rippling HRIS with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hard-to-fill, specialist and senior roles.
• Advise on and case-manage low-to-moderate ER matters with fairness and discretion.
• Maintain confidential case records and HR documentation.
• Review and improve HR processes and SOPs.
• Deliver HR and HRIS training to managers and employees.
• Support HR cycle activities such as performance and remuneration reviews.
• Contribute to HR projects across the national network.
