Job summary

MPAU Human Resources is partnering with a global consultancy to provide proactive HR support across the employee lifecycle. The role balances day-to-day advisory work with broader business integration projects, including change initiatives and improvements to HR processes.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on HR experience, strong record-keeping discipline, and the ability to partner with leaders to drive capability and employee experience improvements. This is a CBD-location opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience providing practical HR advice across employee matters.
• Knowledge of core HR processes and documentation.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality.
• Experience preparing HR correspondence and supporting routine HR administration.
• Confident in responding to employee and manager queries with clear information.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and keep HR activities on track.

Job Offer
