Vinarchy is seeking a confident, people-centred HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across our Supply Chain & Operations teams. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide pragmatic HR advice, support the full employee lifecycle, and help shape a safe, respectful and high-performing workplace culture.

• 3+ years' experience in an HR Advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical HR advice across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing and exits.
• Serve as the first point of contact for ER matters, managing routine to moderately complex cases.
• Support interpretation of Enterprise Agreements, Awards and policies.
• Support leaders through performance management, improvement plans and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with grievances, investigations, ER documentation and liaison with unions and external advisors.
• Support annual performance cycles, capability initiatives and manager training.
• Contribute to organisational change, restructures and workforce projects.
• Maintain strong HR governance, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Champion safety, wellbeing and responsible business practices.

What you'll be doing

We Want To Hear From You If You Have

• 3+ years' experience in an HR Advisor role.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative, service‑focused approach.
• Sound judgement, professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Solid understanding of contemporary HR and ER practices, including Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.
• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites and vineyards.
