Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney is recruiting a HR Administrator to support the employee lifecycle, onboarding, and records management within a hybrid Milsons Point-based team.

You will work closely with the People & Culture team to help with recruitment activities, onboarding, and maintenance of accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in a busy environment.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in HR, recruitment administration or related role.
• High-volume environment experience and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience preparing employment contracts, variations and onboarding/offboarding documents.
• Experience supporting recruitment activities including vacancy advertising and candidate communication.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate employment lifecycle administration including preparing contracts, variations and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring checks and documentation are completed on time.
• Support recruitment activities: advertising vacancies, screening, coordinating interviews and candidate comms.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks and pre-employment documentation for a smooth candidate experience.
• Provide responsive administrative support to employees and managers while managing priorities securely.
• Assist with HR compliance, audit, reporting and record-keeping requirements.
