Job summary

Relationships Australia Canberra and Region – Canberra ACT is seeking an HR Administrator to join a small HR team. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee records and development administration using established systems and guidelines.

You will contribute to a not-for-profit community service, with flexible working arrangements and access to professional development. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate IV in HR or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Commitment to the values of a community service organisation with well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR or a similar environment.

• Provide administrative and operational support across HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and learning and development administration.
