Job summary

ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Housing Team Leader to lead frontline housing and wellbeing support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and families. You will oversee case management delivery, coaching staff, and ensure client impact through data-driven practices.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with interagency partners, and a focus on sustainable housing outcomes within crisis accommodation services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant social services field with at least 4 years case management experience in family support, child protection, housing or related field.
• Diploma in relevant Community Services field with at least 6 years in a case management role in family support, child protection, youth support, housing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Track intake waitlist and referrals, maintain referral pathways and annual service targets.
• Maintain minimum caseload for staff and fortnightly triage of new referrals.
• Lead high-risk intervention and crisis management with clients.
• Ensure safety assessments and plans are completed before/after first home visit.
• Coach staff to deliver client empowerment interventions with coaching app usage.
• Develop and review quality case plans and assessment scoring.
• Create weekly data dashboards and track throughput and outcomes.
• Develop bespoke staff learning plans and in-field coaching.
• Lead client feedback and wellbeing measurements across staff interactions.
• Complete monthly managerial requirements in Mobnet system.
