ATSICHS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service Brisbane – Brisbane QLD is recruiting for a Family Wellbeing Services Team Leader. This frontline management role leads a team to deliver coordinated, culturally safe support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, guiding staff and engaging with multiple service providers to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant social services field with 4+ years of case management in family support, child protection, youth or housing.
• Diploma in relevant Community/Services field with 6+ years in a case management role.
• Demonstrated ability to understand child safety frameworks and guide staff on legislative requirements.
• National Police Certificate; Working with Children’s Card; Driver's Licence; evidence of work rights.

Responsibilities

• Diligently track intake waitlists and maintain referral pathways to meet annual service targets.
• Provide coaching and support to staff to improve engagement and program success.
• Ensure staff complete Safety Assessments and apply best practice in safeguarding.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination to activate wrap-around care for families.
• Lead client feedback collection and use outcomes data to improve service delivery.
• Promote culturally safe care and alignment with ATSICHS practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant social services field
