As Housing Content Lead, Tenant Resources, you will play an important role in helping tenants navigate their housing experience by creating practical, accessible and easy-to-understand communications. Working across Housing Operations, you will develop and improve the resources that help people understand services, processes and opportunities available to them, contributing to stronger tenant outcomes and a more consistent service experience.
