Job summary

Port Stephens Council is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader for Thou Walla Holiday Park in Soldiers Point. The role focuses on leading the housekeeping team, coordinating daily operations and ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest presentation across a waterfront park and glamping site.

The opportunity

We have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join our Holiday Parks team at Thou Walla!

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will provide hands on leadership and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations for our busy Thou Walla Holiday Park. Reporting directly to the Holiday Park Manager, you will drive the day-to-day presentation of our beautiful waterfront holiday park and glamping site, fostering a positive and efficient team culture across a flexible seven-day roster.

This position is perfect for an experienced leader with a strong cleaning background who is dedicated to maintaining consistent high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and guest services.

• This is a permanentopportunity – working part-time 30 hours (up to 38 hours) per week + access to a flexible working arrangement
• Hours: This job is perfect for candidate who loves flexibility and is available to work over a seven-day rotating roster
• Base Salary Range:$56,338 - $63,943 pa based on 30 hours per week + 12% superannuation + Adverse Work Conditions Allowance + $2,562 Retention Allowance
• You will be working at Thou Walla Holiday Park in Soldiers Point
