A great lifestyle in a treasured environment, this is life at PSC!
We're looking for a Team Leader to provide hands-on leadership and support to our team at the Salamander Bay Waste Transfer Station.

Working closely with our Strategic Waste unit, we aim to continuously maximise our landfill diversion and provide a positive customer experience.
Your role as Team Leader will see you coordinating your team of 7 Waste Operators in waste acceptance and sorting, grounds maintenance, and other operational duties to ensure the Transfer Station is presented and operating at a high standard for our community.
You will provide direction and leadership to the team throughout all daily activities (including staff rostering), and deliver weighbridge operations, coordinate waste collection and contractor management when required. Most importantly, you will ensure the ongoing safety on-site and work within Council's safety procedures and risk plans.
