Job summary

Lancemore Crossley St is a boutique hotel in Melbourne with 112 rooms, rooftop terrace and a lobby bar, part of the Lancemore Hotel Group.

The role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and focuses on maintaining the highest cleanliness and presentation standards across public areas and guest rooms, leading a dedicated housekeeping team on a 7-day roster, including night shifts and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentability daily and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Hands-on cleaning of guest rooms and public areas as required.
• Contribute to profitability through efficient planning and execution of housekeeping duties.
• Operate with rosters covering day/night/weekend shifts over 7 days, including public holidays.
• Lead the team with a strong focus on high standards of presentation and cleanliness.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this key role is to deliver our high standards, consistency and efficiently with your housekeeping team. Lancemore Crossley stunning new hotel with 112 rooms, rooftop terrace with sweeping city views and wow factor lobby. You will join a great team to deliver the finest cleanliness and presentation standards in the area.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be required to:

• inspect public areas to ensure clean and presentable daily and assign tasks to HSK staff
• be hands-on cleaning rooms where necessary and also in the public area
• contribute to our profitability through efficient planning and execution of housekeeping duties
• operation with varied rosters covering day/night/weekend shifts over 7 days
  including public holidays
• lead the team with a strong focus on high standards (excellent presentation and cleanness)
