Job summary

Journey Beyond's Monarto Safari Resort is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and uphold service standards. This role offers a clear path to lead a team and ensure guest rooms meet our high presentation requirements.

You will manage room turnover, inspections, setup for arrivals, and support the team in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, collaborating with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have previous housekeeping experience and strong communication and leadership skills.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality of presentation.
• Ability to operate calmly under time pressure.

• Full turnover of guest rooms including bed, bathrooms and general cleaning duties.
• Set up of guest rooms for arrival.

About The Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring operational standards are met. This is a hands‑on role and a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.

About You

To be successful in this position you will have a sharp eye for detail and quality of presentation and be able to operate calmly under time pressure. You will also have previous housekeeping experience and strong communication and leadership skills.

You will require flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
