Job summary

Athotelgroup is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise a small team of room attendants and maintain high cleanliness standards across assigned areas. You will report rooms ready for occupancy after cleaning and manage housekeeping supplies, ensuring compliance with health, safety and company policies.

This role involves coordinating shifts, rosters and occasional deep-clean projects. Responsibilities include training, performance feedback, and ensuring timely completion of daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a small team of housekeeping room attendants to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Report rooms ready for occupancy after cleaning and manage supply of housekeeping requirements.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company standards, policies and procedures.
• Open/close shifts with the Guest Services Manager and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Prepare efficient work schedules and rosters; monitor daily room cleaning performance.
• Perform room inspections to up to 5-star resort standards and coordinate special cleaning projects.
