Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty in Melbourne is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and empower the housekeeping team, delivering daily cleaning excellence and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will coach staff, assign shifts, and monitor workload to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

This hands-on role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong communication, and the ability to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to keep our guests’ stays

• Sharp eye for detail and leadership experience in Housekeeping.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to think on your feet to keep operations running smoothly.
• High standard of personal grooming and a polished appearance.
• Willingness to lead and work alongside the team to ensure success.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
