Stamford Hotels and Resorts is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager/Executive to drive revenue across Stamford Plaza Adelaide and Stamford Grand Adelaide. You will target corporate, government, conferences and leisure markets, building strong client relationships and expanding opportunities.

Reporting to the Area Director of Sales, this role requires strategic prospecting, competitive intelligence and collaboration with Revenue, Reservations and Operations teams to maximise

• Experience in business development or sales leadership within hospitality or related sectors.
• Proven ability to grow corporate accounts and secure new business.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new revenue for two Adelaide hotels.
• Identify and secure new business across corporate, government, conferences and leisure markets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.
• Grow existing accounts and increase share of business across accommodation, meetings, events and F&B.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion and ongoing account management.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site visits to showcase offerings.
