Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B and sales.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of all hotel departments to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth for the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate department heads and hotel staff.
• Oversee property maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
