Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations management in FMCG.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and costs.
• Lead the operations team across production, warehouse, and quality control.
• Oversee production processes for efficiency, waste reduction, and schedules adherence.
