Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel/motel operations, ensuring departments operate efficiently and to service standards.
• Direct and coordinate reservation and reception activities, including check-ins and check-outs.

• Coordinate security arrangements to ensure safety of guests and staff.
• Manage maintenance, property upkeep and facilities to ensure safety and presentation.
• Oversee budgeting, financial administration and purchasing activities to improve profitability.
