Mandala Hotels and Resorts in Armidale, NSW, seeks an experienced Hotel Manager (couple or individual) to lead day-to-day operations across rooms, F&B, front office and maintenance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or venue management with a strong food and beverage background.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Sound knowledge of hotel management systems and basic accounting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously and problem-solve effectively.
• Current RSA and relevant hospitality certifications.
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational procedures.
• Willingness to live in regional locations across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations across accommodation, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
• Ensure excellence in guest service and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage, lead, train, and motivate on-site teams.
• Oversee food & beverage service and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Manage stock, ordering, rostering, budgeting, and reporting (P&L).
• Maintain compliance with WHS, licensing, and hospitality regulations.
• Ensure the property is well-presented, safe, and operating efficiently.

About the Role
