Job summary

Falcone Hospitality Services Penrith NSW is seeking a passionate Licensee to join The Red Cow Hotel team. You will oversee all hotel operations, including bars, food, entertainment, functions and gaming, while guiding and developing your team and ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will act as the venue's ambassador, building strong ties with local organisations and ensuring financial performance is on target.

Qualifications

• Honest, dependable and professional.
• Hands on with strong leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations including food, beverage & gaming.
• Passion for hospitality & customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Confidence and maturity.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Strong compliance knowledge to ensure venue abides by laws and regulations.
• Experience in booking and managing entertainment.
• Desire to have fun and love what you do.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Pub Managerial role.
• RSA & RCG (NSW) certification.
• Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling.
• Licensee and Advanced Licensee Training (NSW).

Responsibilities

As an experienced Licensee, you will oversee every facet of the hotel, including bars, food, entertainment, functions and gaming. You will guide and develop your team, fostering a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring outstanding customer service and consistent financial performance. Acting as the hotel's ambassador, you will nurture relationships with local organisations such as the Police, the council, local businesses, neighbours and customers.
