Job summary

Lancemore Macedon Ranges is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the F&B operation across weddings, conferences and events. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to deliver exceptional dining and service experiences.

You will drive revenue and profitability, coach your team, manage stock and rosters, and uphold high service standards during peak event periods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B in hotels, resorts, conferences or events.
• Proven ability to lead high-end weddings, conferences and events.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beverages and service standards.

Responsibilities
