AVANI Broadbeach Residences is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead property operations on a full-time basis. The role focuses on upkeep of building systems, asset protection and compliance, with oversight of preventative maintenance and capital projects.

You will supervise multiple service areas, coordinate with contractors, manage stock and drive continuous improvement across operations. Strong leadership and WHS compliance are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on maintenance and facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, property operations and compliance.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and external vendors.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement the preventative maintenance program for asset protection.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance across the property as required.
• Supervise service areas including electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection and security.
• Oversee painting, plastering, carpentry and other minor building works.
• Ensure strict compliance with WHS and regulatory requirements.
• Manage stock control, purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Prepare quotes, schedule works and manage Capex requests.
• Contribute to long-term asset planning and sustainability initiatives.
