Costa Taco in Queensland is seeking a Front of House Team Member and Host to bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life through warm, genuine hospitality. You’ll be a key part of the guest journey from arrival to farewell, working across Host, Bar, Pass and All-Rounder in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll join a diverse team, receive structured training, and have opportunities to develop across FOH areas. The role offers staff discounts, and a pathway to future venues and events with Costa Taco.

Responsabilités

• Welcome every guest warmly, explain how the venue works and set the tone for their Costa Taco experience.
• Manage the door, guest flow and seating plan using our host guidelines and floor plan.
• Take orders, process payments and run food using our POS and service procedures.
• Prepare drinks according to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow Costa Taco systems, service procedures and checklists consistently.
• Keep the dining area clean, organised and ready for every guest.
• Communicate clearly with the FOH and BOH teams to support smooth and consistent service.
• Complete opening, service and closing responsibilities, reporting any issues to the Supervisor.
