Costa Taco is seeking a casual Kitchen Team Member in Mooloolaba, Queensland to join a fast-growing, vibrant hospitality brand. You will contribute across prep, line, pass and kitchen support to deliver the Costa Taco experience with consistency and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to Costa Taco recipes and standards.
• Work across prep, line, pass and kitchen support as required.
• Follow kitchen procedures, recipes and checklists.
• Maintain high standards of quality, speed and presentation.
• Complete daily prep, labeling, storage and stock rotation correctly.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and ready for service.
• Follow food safety and health guidelines.
• Communicate with kitchen and Front of House teams for smooth service.
• Complete opening, service and closing responsibilities and report issues.
