Costa Taco is seeking a casual Kitchen Team Member in Mooloolaba, Queensland to join a fast-growing, vibrant hospitality brand. You will contribute across prep, line, pass and kitchen support to deliver the Costa Taco experience with consistency and teamwork.

Description

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll bringMi Casa Es Tu Casato life through great food, consistency and teamwork.

You’ll play a key role in delivering the Costa Taco experience, working across prep, line, pass and kitchen support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to Costa Taco recipes, procedures and presentation standards.
• Work across prep, line, pass and kitchen support as required.
• Follow Costa Taco systems, kitchen procedures, recipes and checklists consistently.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, speed and presentation.
• Complete daily preparation, labelling, storage and stock rotation correctly.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and Front of House teams to support smooth service.
• Complete opening, service and closing responsibilities, reporting any issues to the Kitchen Supervisor.
