As Kitchen Supervisor, you will lead on-shift operations, maintain high food safety and quality standards, and coach staff to deliver consistent dishes while collaborating with Front of House to ensure smooth service.

  • Complete operational checklists and food safety documentation.
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness and stock rotation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with Front of House team.

Job description

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll coordinate and lead the kitchen team on shift, bringing Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life through the quality and consistency of every dish we serve.

You’ll ensure the kitchen runs smoothly while keeping food quality, freshness, safety, systems and team performance consistently on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the kitchen team and oversee all sections throughout the shift.
  • Maintain food quality, freshness, consistency and portion standards.
  • Audit quality and portion control, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Manage KDS flow and keep wait times on target.
  • Train, coach and provide real-time feedback to the team.

  • Communicate effectively with the Front of House team.
