Job summary

Crystalbrook Bailey is seeking a dependable Procurement Officer to support purchasing, receiving and stock control across the hotel. You will coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, Finance and Stewarding to ensure goods are received and stored accurately, maintaining smooth daily operations.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with a hands-on, practical focus and opportunities to grow within a vibrant hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, stores, warehousing, logistics or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records and documentation.
• Ability to balance physical tasks with administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods for the hotel and manage stock levels across departments.
• Receive deliveries, verify documents and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, F&B, Finance and Stewarding to ensure timely goods flows.
