Job summary

Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a Procurement Officer to join the team at its Cairns region hotels. This hands-on role supports purchasing, receiving, stock control and day-to-day goods flow across the property, working closely with Kitchen, F&B, Finance and Stewarding teams to ensure accurate deliveries and inventory.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with an emphasis on accuracy, organisation and providing reliable operational support to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, stores, warehousing, logistics or hospitality operations is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing, receiving and stock control for the hotel.
• Ensure goods are received, stored and distributed accurately and efficiently.
