Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead the Purchasing team and coordinate purchasing for the hotel across multiple departments. The role requires strong leadership to drive cost control while maintaining high service standards, with a 7-day rotating roster for a team of five.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to optimise procurement processes, leveraging BirchStreet and prioritising accuracy and timely communication.
