Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead the hotel's Purchasing team, coordinating the purchasing requirements across departments while ensuring costs are effectively managed and service standards are maintained.

You will head a 5-person team on a 7-day rotating roster, collaborate with suppliers to secure value, and use BirchStreet software to optimise purchasing processes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within Hospitality is advantageous.
• Proven leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management – internal and external.
• Strategic, proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Eye for detail and accuracy in procurement.
• Experience with BirchStreet software systems is preferred.
• Recent experience in a HACCP environment.
• Full working rights in Australia are required.
