Job summary

Accor is seeking a Purchasing Manager for our Sydney hotel, responsible for day-to-day purchasing and procurement across the property. You will collaborate with Culinary, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to understand needs and secure timely, cost-efficient supplies.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, solid supplier relationships and a keen eye for inventory control, ensuring quality while maximizing value in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Culinary, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to understand and deliver their purchasing needs.
• Source and purchase food, beverage, operational and general hotel supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movements and purchasing requirements to ensure appropriate supply.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiencies and maximise value without compromising quality.
