Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is expanding its Melbourne portfolio and seeks experienced Venue Managers to lead in busy venues across the city. You will own people, performance and guest experience, driving results with full P&L accountability.

Join a team that fosters progression into larger venues and leadership roles, with ongoing development and support from AVC leaders. This is a high-impact role in iconic pubs and entertainment destinations.

The Opportunity

As a Venue Manager, you’ll take ownership of your venue’s people, performance and guest experience including:

About You

We’re looking for experienced Venue Managers and General Managers with:

• High-volume pub, bar, restaurant or entertainment experience


• Strong commercial and P&L capability


• Proven people leadership and team development skills


• Confidence operating in complex, fast-paced environments


• A passion for great hospitality and guest experiences

What’s on Offer

• $95,000–$120,000 + Super, plus a performance bonus of up to $44,000 p.a. paid quarterly — OTE $164,000 + Super.
