Job summary

Australian Venue Co. in Geelong is seeking hands-on leaders for Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Manager roles at Eureka Hotel.

You’ll be on the floor, guiding service across food and beverage and daily operations, and supporting a high-energy team to deliver great guest experiences. We’re looking for individuals with proven experience leading shifts in pubs or busy hospitality venues, a calm, practical approach, and a current Victorian RSA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in a pub or busy hospitality venue.
• Calm, practical approach and genuine interest in developing people.
• Current Victorian RSA certification.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across food, beverage and day-to-day venue operations.
• Coach the team and keep service running smoothly when it gets busy.
• Handle guest and team issues with confidence and good judgement.
• Support the Venue Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming and well-run venue.
