Job summary

Premier Retail is seeking an entry-level IT Support professional to provide service desk assistance for the Support Office and retail store teams in Melbourne. This full-time 12-month fixed term position operates on a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons and night shifts at our St Kilda Rd office.

You will troubleshoot scanner and POS issues, log queries, escalate where needed, and work with the IT team to resolve problems while keeping users informed of progress and status.

Qualifications

• Entry level IT role with a 12 month fixed term
• Rotating roster over 7 days including mornings, afternoons and nights
• Based at the Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to IT queries including troubleshooting scanner and POS system issues
• Ensure every phone query is recorded in the system
• Escalate issues to the Service Desk Manager or other support teams
• Keep customers informed on issue status and educate business users
• Collaborate with Senior Service Desk Specialists and IT team to resolve queries
