Job summary

Diggers at The Entrance on the Central Coast is seeking an experienced Hospitality & Function Supervisor for our Events & Outside In Kitchen | Cafe to lead day-to-day operations and ensure guest experiences meet the highest standards.

You will supervise a high-volume team, coordinate staff training, set up service systems, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism. RSA required and full availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, passionate and focused hospitality professional.
• Proven supervisory experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve guest concerns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible roster availability including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA Competency Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer experience and service standards across events and dining precinct.
• Lead staff training to maintain high service skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure procedures for customer service staff are set up and followed.
• Monitor service delivery on the floor and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guest needs promptly and resolve complaints positively.
• Coordinate shifts and roster to cover day, night, weekend and public holiday periods.

We are seeking an experiencedHospitality & Function Supervisor for our Events & Outside In Kitchen | Cafe.

The Hospitality & Function Supervisor will have a leading role in the day to day operations of the events and dining precinct by overseeing the customer experience, ensuring service standards and steps of service are met through all guest's interactions at the highest level.

Diggersideal candidates possess the following skills & experience:

A self-motivated, passionate and focused individual

Be a positive team leaderwho leads by example witha positive "can do" attitude and a friendly outgoing personality

A high standard of personal presentation andexceptional attention to detail

Previous supervisory experience in a large, high volume and fast paced food & beverage operations with a strong hospitality track record

The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Effectively co-ordinate and conduct staff training to ensure the highest standard of service skills and product knowledge

Ability to set-up systems and procedures for customer service staff

Effective communication skills both written and verbal

Attend to guests needs in a timely manner and remain positive when resolving customer complaints

Have full availability & flexibility to work varied rostered shifts that include day, night, weekend & Public Holiday shifts

Possess current RSA Competency Card

Monitor service delivery on the floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a strong guest experience.

Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Function experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
