Job summary

Frontline Hospitality seeks experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers for multiple Sydney venues including Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD and Inner West. Roles are full-time with salary based on experience, starting from $75K + Super to $95K + Super plus tips.

You will lead front-of-house and support back-of-house teams, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold high service standards across venues ranging from fine dining to high volume.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in upscale or casual restaurant environments in supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, wine pairings and menu knowledge.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Proficiency with restaurant management systems and POS technology.

• Proven experience in a fine dining, upscale or casual restaurant environments, ideally in an assistant or supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine pairings, and menu knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and warmth
• Proficiency with restaurant management systems and point-of-sale technology

Preferred Qualifications

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification current and valid
