Job summary

Mercure Perth is seeking energetic Food & Beverage Attendants to join ourbusy dining venues, from buffet service to banquet events and bar duties. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service with a smile.

Delivering superb hospitality, you will represent our locally inspired menus and beverage lists, while keeping dining and bar areas clean and compliant with safety standards. RSA required; rotating roster; training provided.

Qualifications

• The Hospitality Spark: warm, positive, and helpful attitude with guest interaction.
• Team Players: excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Adaptability: stay calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: rotating roster across mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• A valid Western Australian RSA certificate is required; prior F&B or barista experience welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Seamless Service: greet guests, take accurate orders, and serve across restaurant, bar and event spaces.
• Be the Expert: share passion for local menus, beverage lists, and daily promotions.
• Keep Things Sparkling: maintain clean and safe dining and bar areas in line with food safety standards.
• Collaborate: work with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service during peak times.
