Job summary

YOT Club on the Gold Coast is seeking a Hospitality Operations Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of luxury yacht cruises, private charters and events. You will coordinate staffing, guest requirements and service standards to maintain premium guest experiences.

Working with management, F&B, kitchen and vessel teams, you will plan staff rosters, supervise service personnel and implement procedures to ensure safety, compliance and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality operations or events experience.
• Experience coordinating hospitality teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising staff and rostering.
• RSA certification or ability to obtain it.
• Premium customer service standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee day‑to‑day hospitality and guest service operations across cruises and events.
• Coordinate event delivery including guest requirements and service arrangements.
• Supervise staff, allocate duties, and manage rosters.
• Train hospitality staff and monitor service performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, RSA, and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate resources, stock, equipment for upcoming events.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of events.
