In Forno is seeking a Group Marketing & Content Coordinator to manage marketing across three to four hospitality venues in Hamilton and Charlestown, Newcastle. You will plan campaigns, create content, coordinate promotions, and ensure consistent brand presence across digital channels.

You will balance creative work with organisation, filming during service and developing a content calendar, writing promotional copy and reviewing campaign results.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of marketing or content experience
• Strong portfolio of photo, video and social media work
• Ability to create engaging hospitality content
• Capable of filming and editing short-form video
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Can manage multiple venues and branding
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, email marketing, and basic paid advertising would be highly regarded
• Hospitality, food, events or multi-site marketing experience is advantageous

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a marketing calendar across three to four venues
• Plan, photograph, film and edit content for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
• Create Reels, stories, carousels, promotional graphics and captions
• Schedule content and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Develop campaigns for new menus, events, promotions and launches
• Support marketing for new venue openings and product launches
• Maintain brand voice and visual identity across venues
• Coordinate email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Update websites and Google Business Profiles
• Assist with paid social advertising and campaign targeting
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages as needed
• Identify local events and partnerships for marketing opportunities
• Coordinate photographers, designers and other suppliers
• Organise photo, video and design libraries
• Track campaign performance and report monthly
• Work with venue managers on promotions and content opportunities
• Visit venues regularly to capture content
