Job summary

The Hassett Group is seeking a Marketing & Content Manager to elevate our digital presence across Melbourne and regional Victoria. You will own content creation, social media management, digital campaigns and local area marketing for multiple venues.

We value creative, commercially minded professionals who can take ideas from concept to execution, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay ahead of hospitality trends. Flexible to visit venues and contribute to brand growth.

Qualifications

Minimum two years' experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing or communications.
Experience in hospitality marketing, especially local area marketing, is highly regarded.
Strong content creation, copywriting and social media management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create content for social media, websites, emails and promotions.
Manage social media platforms and grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
Plan local area marketing initiatives for individual venues across Melbourne and Victoria.
Develop marketing materials and digital assets for campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives to increase reach.
Assist with membership and customer engagement programmes.
Collaborate with venue managers and external partners for consistent branding.
Stay ahead of hospitality and social media trends to develop fresh ideas.
